On today’s episode of The Resilient Heart, Beverly invites her friend and ministry partner, Anna, to join her on the show to discuss her experience as a wife of a husband who suffered from PTSD. Through marital anguish and disconnection, Anna felt at the end of her rope and wanted to walk away from the marriage. Then, God brought Anna a gift of hope: a timely conversation with a fellow married Christian woman. She encouraged Anna to start praying for her hurting husband. Through prayer and speaking Scripture over her marriage, Anna realized there was hope for her relationship with her husband- not because her husband changed but because her own heart softened.

The mission of 828 Foundation is based off of Romans 8:28. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
Anna’s heart is in Beloved: a ministry for military/veteran’s wives who are struggling in their marriage due to PTSD and fighting biblically for their marriages.
