Today on the Fit N Faith series I talk about the importance of taking care of our bodies.  How exercise can help your mood. 


Exercise Doesn't Just Change Your body.  It changes your mood, attitude, and mind!

I had to schedule in my calendar my exercise every day in order to make me get it done.

schedule a time in your calendar for exercise a minimum of 3-5x per week

Make yourself walk at least 15minutes

I walk to the mailbox and back approx 1 mile.  Not enough for me but something.


Mow the yard

Make yourself go to the gym

Get a trainer.  Don't’ think about


A one-hour workout is 4% of your day

Romans 12:11 Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically.
